Fergo’s Tackle World is one of the truly iconic fishing tackle businesses. Established in 1960 as Ken Appel Sporting & Boating Caringbah, it built from there to become one of the largest fishing tackle stores in Australia in its current location at Taren Point and this has now been duplicated at the more recent Wollongong store.

We have put our success down to always concentrating on keeping our prices razor sharp and providing a huge range of the latest in fishing technology and techniques.

Our staff are experts in their field and can provide great advice on everything from the basics to the very latest techniques. We have fished extensively in Australia and overseas and can give the advice and products you need for literally anywhere you would like to fish. We also have a great range of quality snorkelling and spearfishing gear!
